The planning permission granted is for four traditionally built, post and beam chalets, providing luxury accommodation in a rural setting with mountain and river views, conveniently situated close to major visitor attractions. The buildings superstructure would be constructed from Western Red Cedar sourced from British Columbia and the material has already been sourced. Further details available on request. The design for each lodge features a varied number of bedrooms, private mountain view patio area (with hot tubs) en-suite facilities and room for super king-sized beds.
