Phase I consists of 113 townhomes, with approximately 60 already having Certificates of Occupancy and 95% occupied. The estimated completion date for Phase 1 is August 2024. The first phase offers amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, three pickleball courts, a kids soccer field, and a playground. Phase II involves land only, with zoning and site plan approval for 97 units, including 30 4-bedroom units and 67 3-bedroom units. Engineering for the entire project has been completed and permitted, with storm ponds already in place for both phases. Upon finalization, the development will encompass a total of 210 townhomes.
