This real estate portfolio was developed over years of growth by Access Records who established themselves as the largest record storage facility in Victoria. The family sold Access Records and Media Management to Access Information Management Corporation, which is a large multinational with over 190 locations throughout North America. As part of the sale a lease back of the real estate was negotiated and further renewals have been executed.
