The village is located on A93, one on of the main motor routes leading from Perth and the central belt of Scotland into the majestic Highlands. Braemar is a charming and sought after village. Braemar and the immediate surrounding area is famed for its ongoing links to the Royal Family and of course famed as the favourite holiday destination for the late Queen. Balmoral Castle is less than 10 miles away and the village of Braemar is home to Braemar Gathering every September. The links with the Royal Family as well as closeness of the Ski resorts at Glenshee helps to sustain the business and the village all year. The business is located in the centre of the village, next to the main car park on the banks of the river Clunie. It has a large open plan bar and restaurant which caters easily for 75 covers.
