Located on the west side of I-95 approx. 2.3 miles south of State Road 16. The site is composed of four adjacent tax parcels (095600-0040, 095600-0030, 095600-0010 and 095600-0011) that contain a total of 235.47± gross acres. Of the gross acreage, 202.24+ acres are wetlands, of which 170.6+ acres have been encumbered by six conservation easements with the remaining 31.62+ wetland acres being unencumbered. Also, of the 33.23+ acres of UPLANDS, 4.83+ acres have been designated as an upland buffer. The site contains roughly 3,600+ feet of frontage on the west side of I-95.
