Located next door to the Trails mixed-use development with apartments, traditional residential, office, retail, and anchored by the Lionsgate movie studio. The Bomar Connector process is underway with ROW acquisition planned for 2027. Some of the ROW has been purchased. The future Bomar Connector will bisect the property and connect Bomar Road to Lee Road, creating an east–west travel corridor to I-20.
