The village of Alberta Beach is located on the southeast shore of Lac Ste. Anne within Lac Ste. Anne County, about 72 km northeast of Edmonton. The community is best known as being a summer holiday destination; however, as part of the area’s economic diversification strategy, industrial development has started to gain traction in the area. Immediately west of the subject lands is the County Water Transfer Station which has an agreement in place to allow for a stub to be installed and access municipal water.
