CIP joins US Highway 165, one of the most highly trafficked highways in the state, and is only 4 miles south of Interstate 20. Certified by Louisiana Economic Development (LED) in 2011, CIP is one of Louisiana’s largest state certified sites. Home to multiple logistics, automotive, and salvage companies, CIP serves as a true Industrial area that welcomes all shapes and sizes.
