Freedom Valley is a strategic assemblage of development land in Rapid City/Rapid Valley, which spans from the Folsom Road Industrial Park area to the Rapid City Airport. The assemblage is envisioned as a series of mixed-use communities providing employment, housing and recreational uses to facilitate MSA growth over the next two decades.
