The Shoppes at Cooper Ranch will be starting the 22-acre commercial development project at the intersection of HWY 75 and the HWY 20 (newly widened). The new development will have a contemporary design and will include a mini storage facility to service the exploding residential developments being built at a record pace in the area. The center piece of the development includes two 15,600 square foot shopping centers that will provide space to be leased for retail businesses. An attractive and spacious restaurant area is included in the project plans, which will provide indoor and outdoor dining areas.
