The site has a resolution to grant Outline Planning Permission for up to 10 dwellings (with Planning Permission issued subject to the signing of a S106 Agreement). An application was submitted (reference 23/02494/MAO) as follows: “Outline application with all matters reserved except Access, for residential development of up to 10 dwellings, site access and highway works, associated infrastructure, green infrastructure including sustainable drainage, ecological habitats, amenity green space, demolition of existing outbuildings and ancillary works.” The site has an allocation for around 10 dwellings in the Oakley Neighbourhood Plan, which was made on 23rd March 2020, at Policy ONP HG1.
