Retail Pads available at the now pivotal signalized intersection of Chambers Rd. & Hess Rd. in rapidly growing Parker. The final phase of Chambers Rd. from Stroh Rd south to Hess Rd. is under construction and will connect in the summer of 2024. The Town of Parker's long range traffic plan projects that this intersection will have the highest traffic counts in the trade area.
