HUGE DEMAND FOR HOUSING: 20,000 new jobs being added as a result of BNSF's railway expansion. Barstow has a housing shortage and currently has very little apartment-zoned land available. BNSF Railway is putting $1.5 Billion with 20,000 new jobs into Barstow over the next 10 years and they need housing!!
