The subject lot consist of two parcels. One is currently being used as "Outdoor
Vehicle Storage" and has about 17,000 sf paved lot; and the other is raw land.
Both are zoned R10. Combined they have over 425 linear feet of frontage along Forsythe Rd and Front Ave. Outdoor storage on tax lot 1400 has been determined to be "legally nonconforming" by the city of Oregon City. However, no processing of material is permitted.
The site is located in Park Place neighborhood which is the northernmost neighborhood of Oregon City immediately east of I-205/Highway 213 interchange and south of the Clackamas River. The neighborhood is bordered by rural Clackamas County to the north, east, and south, and the McLoughlin neighborhood to the west.
