The site is located on Endeavour Way, off Therapia Lane and in turn Beddington Farm Road. Access to Purley Way (A23) is approx. 1 mile to the south east via Ampere Way. The site is approximately 9 miles south of Central London and 9 miles north of the M25. Therapia Lane Tramlink Stop is within a few minutes walking distance, providing access to Croydon and other local centres. Croydon benefits from two mainline train stations, with journey times into London Bridge and London Victoria of approx. 15 minutes, as well as connections to Gatwick and the South Coast.
