The California Compass Logistics Center is located in the northeast area of Woodland, California, about one mile north of Interstate 5 on County Road 102. The project consists of approximately 470 acres of land, of which 165 acres are located in the City of Woodland and 305 acres are located in Yolo County. The 305 acres in Yolo County are in Woodland’s General Plan, designated for industrial uses, and are in the process of being annexed into the City in conjunction with a General Plan update being undertaken by the City. Adjacent land uses are primarily industrial and distribution in nature.
