Attached are current pictures of the fronts. All the front stairs had any required wood replaced and all four front stair cases were painted. HVAC – as of 8/05/2025 there are only 3 old A/C units in use. Most of the hot water heaters have been replaced A good number of the appliances (stoves and refrigerators) have been replaced Five of the twelve decks in the back have been replaced The siding on all four buildings is in good shape. During the last 1.5 years we have replaced any sections of siding that needed it. The roofing on the 223 and 225 buildings is metal and at the 8 year mark in age. The roofing on the 217 and 219 buildings is asphalt shingles.
