Baker's Yard is a large site made up of office, warehouse, storage and industrial buildings, owned by Adderstone Group, on the site of Gosforth Industrial Estate. The site incorporates four main buildings; The Stottie Shed (the original Greggs Bakery), The Confectionery Store, The Chiller and The Pantry. The whole site encompasses over 90,000 sq. ft of office, warehouse and industrial space.
