This prime brackish water marsh has approximately 1.4 miles of frontage on Salt Bayou. This property is well suited for recreational hunting and fishing with access to Old Pearl River, Rigolets Pass and Lake Borgne. This property is accessible by boat. The property has several natural trenasses for access to the interior of the property. There is currently an alligator hunting lease in place that can be cancelled upon a sale. With a little work, duck hunting and hog hunting can be phenomenal.
