Capital Woods is a residential village-style assemblage of 19 structures across a 9.3 acre tax lot, for a total of 155,756 square feet and 142 residential dwelling units. The properties are situated in the Arbor Hill neighborhood in the city of Albany, with its primary frontage facing Lark Drive, just one minute from exit 6 off Interstate 90. The City of Albany has experienced decade long population growth and is the center of a 1.17 million person metropolitan area. The project was originally built in 1971, and was renovated and restructured in 1998 using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and other funding sources.
