Founded in 1957, Abramson Brothers Incorporated is a full-service real estate investment, management and brokerage firm. All of the company’s properties are centrally located in midtown Manhattan. The firm has operated a number of industry-specific buildings which include Diamond and Jewelry, Sportswear and Lingerie stores . The company was founded by Manville H. Abramson and Junius P. Abramson, two lawyer brothers. As products of the Great Depression, they incorporated their conservative mindset in the company’s philosophy and grew the business by acquiring multi-tenanted, core midtown Manhattan locations with minimal leverage and managing them with hands-on, meticulous attention to the smallest of details. The company has adhered to its strategy since inception and its properties have consistently generated profits throughout all intervening cycles.
