Built in 1887 and formerly known as the Fleming Memorial Hospital, the property was converted in 1992 to provide offices in four self-contained areas known as Collingwood House, Nelson House, Anson House and Drake House. The building is formed over three floors. The Fleming Business Centre is located in the heart of Jesmond in an area known as Brandling Village. The Centre is on Abbotsford Terrace off Burdon Terrace which leads to Clayton Road and The Great North Road (B1318) linking directly with the A167(M) central motorway.
