Semi level ag land. From Turlock: go south on Freeway 99, exit on Bradbury Rd, once at the top of the overpass, turn right on Bradbury Rd. It will be the property on your left immediately as you are coming down the overpass heading west. Once at the bottom of the overpass, turn left on Flower Ave and the property will continue to be on your left between Flower Ave and Freeway 99.
