East Midlands Intermodal Park is a new strategic Rail Freight Interchange incorporating approximately 5.2 million sq ft of manufacturing and distribution space in Etwall, Derbyshire. Working with Etwall Land Limited to deliver the scheme, the new development will give a major economic boost to the area, providing up to 6,000 new jobs and enhancing the region’s reputation as a key business location. Strategically located between the M1 and the M6, the site is adjacent to the A50 and A38 and Toyota’s UK manufacturing plant. Once constructed, it will enable the region’s businesses to efficiently and sustainably produce and deliver goods to the wider UK and international market.
