This site is visible to the 65,000+ interstate traffic and 18,000-20,000 vehicles per day on Boones Creek Rd. The interchange at this exit has been recently developed to accommodate a large amount of traffic flow.  The demographics here are among the highest income earners in all of the Tri-Cities. Johnson City has seen a tremendous influx of population growth from all over the country.
