A prominently located site fronting the A515 between the villages of Sudbury and Draycott in the Clay and approximately 8 miles north west of Burton on Trent and 6 miles south east of Uttoxeter. The A50 junction at Sudbury is approximately 1 mile to the north, which in turn provides access to all the major regional centres and national road network.
