The purpose of the B-3 Business District is to provide for largescale commercial development, including retail, entertainment, restaurant, and other complementary commercial uses. The B-3 Business District is further intended to accommodate larger-scale and more convenience-oriented commercial users than are envisioned for the Town Center zoning district located east of Armstrong Boulevard.
