The project allows for the rapid construction of 24 units located on the first part of the project, which currently benefits from water service, an underground electrical network and developed roads. The number of units that can be built on the site is around 70 and they will be single family, semi-detached and row houses. The proposed project is as of right with many of the lots being flat, cleared and serviced allowing for relatively quick construction. The zoning in place also allows for short-term rentals, which is becoming increasingly rare in the area.
