Leasehold. Held from the London Diocesan Fund on a 150 year lease from 5th April 2012 expiring 4th April 2162, therefore providing approximately 137 years unexpired. A ground rent of £250 per annum is payable to the freeholder which will double every 25 years. The garden and courtyard areas are not included within the long leasehold title. However, the long leaseholder has the right under a Deed of Grant to use those areas and they have day to day control over them including control of the gate access. There is a requirement to keep the areas neat and tidy.
