Very high foot traffic - more than 100+ walk in customers per day - We are moving to a bigger location but have this store lease 2 more years. I am looking for someone to take over or sublease the store until February/29/2028 - current racks and curtains will be removed. There is a restroom in the back and a mini storage room with shelves.
