The Ventura Unified School District owns approximately 5.35 acres of real property located at 96 MacMillan Avenue in Ventura, California. The District is currently seeking proposals from qualified proposers to purchase or lease the property in its AS IS condition. The District will also accept and consider proposals offering to provide planning, design, construction and operation of a workforce housing development for District employees on the property.
