The Chintz Building, at 948 Homer Street, is one of the finest examples of Vancouver’s art deco heritage. Built in 1931, this three-storey office and warehouse building was head office for Barber-Ellis, who was Canada’s largest envelope manufacturer and maintained offices in the building until 1975. Renovated in 1998, the Chintz Building now offers modern and bright office spaces in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighbourhood. The building is positioned between Smithe and Nelson Street and is a short 5 minute walk to Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain Station.
