Welcome to The Frederick Building! We're a multi-purpose facility offering retail, office and residential apartments for lease. The Frederick Building is the perfect place in downtown. Thank you for considering us! The Frederick Hotel was designed by Edwin N. Alger and J.B. Stewart & Company and constructed in 1905 - 1906 in the Edwardian Renaissance style with some Italianate accents. The six-story building sits at the corner of 4th Avenue and 10th Street, with 270 ft. of frontage along 4th Ave. and 160 ft. of frontage along 10th St. The basement and five stories, not counting any portion of the sixth floor, when added together make an aggregate of five and one-fourth acres of floor space.
