Unit #4 is one storage building (old cafeteria) with bathroom and is currently rented by Global Specialty Contractor Inc. (“Global Specialty”) on a month-to-month lease. Zoning letter makes it storage and would include their surrounding land which can be used for storage, landscaping and/or used for parking. Amount of surrounding land was determined by a survey which is estimated to be 41,595 square feet. Any cost to do landscaping or parking is at Buyer’s expense. Building A is an office trailer used by Global Specialty. Their lease has a term in in that allows trailer to be on-site until is it cited by DPP. At that time, Global Specialty must remove it from the site at their expense.
