We do not allow cooking of meats or seafood.
DEEP FRYING IS NOT ALLOWED.
Tenants will have exclusive use of the kitchen during their RESERVED time — no sharing with other renters.

Available Equipment:
Double convection oven.
6-burner range with oven.
3-bay sink + dedicated fruit/vegetable sink.
Stainless steel work tables.
Ice machine.
Storage, freezers, and refrigeration (space available).
TENANT REQUIREMENTS:
Tenant must be ServSafe certified.
Liability insurance is required.
Tenants may bring in their own approved equipment (subject to review and compliance with safety standards).
No unauthorized persons are allowed in the kitchen; only approved staff or team members may enter the facility.
As we are new to the market, all time slots are currently available.
KITCHEN RENTAL DETAILS:
Pricing ranges from $25–$35 per hour.
5-hour minimum per month.
Three-tier pricing system.
Deposit required.
