Mesa Linda Logistics Center will be a ±406,138 square foot, Class A distribution facility that will feature 36' minimum clear height, 54 (9' x 10') docks, 2 (12' x 15') drive ins, 185' all concrete secured truck court, ±3,567 square feet of first floor office space and ±3,141 square foot mezzanine space on the second floor.
