Multiple buildings of both residential and commercial uses. There are two retail suites facing S. Laredo. In addition there are three residential units. The large home is owner occupied and the two smaller units are leased. All were built in the 1940's and are in need of major renovation. The area closer to the San Pedro Creek is currently in a flood zone but will be reclaimed as part of the creek improvement project. The Ruby City Contemporary Art Center is down the block. The site is in the downtown district of San Antonio near the famous River Walk, Hemisfair Park, the Alamo and all the other destinations that make San Antonio a major tourist destination.
