The 914 Lady Street building was built in 1918 and listed as The National Biscuit Company (Nabisco) Warehouse. A single-story building with 10,430 gross square feet. The space features soaring ceilings (around 15 feet), some of which are beadboard, original maple hardwood floors, and 3 large historic skylights that will be fully restored. The windows across the front and the front western side appear to be original and in good condition.
