The property consists of a highly visible site planned for retail development. The focus of our search is grocery to join the bank committed to the project as a tenant. We have done our research of the banks and are leading that search. The bank is contracted to occupy, 5,000 square feet on completion of construction. We supermarket is planned for 15,500 square feet. We hope to locate a suitable grocer at that size.
