The WKM Properties Professional Building is a historic three story building located on the 10 acre WKM business campus on East Second Street in Winona. WKM Properties currently provides 225,000 square feet of leasable space including office, warehouse, and manufacturing. We work with new tenants to design spaces that completely suit their needs and our large amount of currently available space allows our existing tenants to grow without the hassle or expense of relocating. The WKM Professional Building is equipped with high speed internet, a common break room, commercial loading docks, a modern conference room, and a mail room.
