This restaurant/bar facility has new flooring and lighting. The bathrooms have been renovated and all equipment and mechanicals are in working order. Kitchen and bar fixtures remain and the liquor license is included in the sale. A little history - The original 150 year old mill was updated and expanded to include the following: A ~100 seat bar and restaurant on the main floor, a ~60 seat pub in the basement of the original mill (field stone walls), a large outdoor dining space overlooking a flowing stream, an unfinished banquet space on the second level (40' x 80' with 14' walls and a cathedral ceiling),and an unfinished block building that was initially to be the east coast satellite brewery for Rouge Brewery (~6,000 SF). The building was a small family restaurant, The Jolly Coppersmith, until it was renovated and expanded in the late 1990's when it became KClinger's. It was Central PA's first true bottle shop. In 2007 it became The Field House until it closed in 2018.
