Located in the heart of downtown Toronto’s Church-Yonge corridor is the 20th-century industrial Chicago School architecturally inspired Merchandise Building.
Originally built in 1910 for the Simpson’s department store, this site is one of the largest buildings by floor area in the downtown district. Adjacent to Toronto Metropolitan University, surrounded by residential student housing and high-end lofts, this site has been redeveloped and hosts a number of tenants including Metro and Toronto Metropolitan University.
