Marblehead Boatyard (MBY) is a working boatyard located on Marblehead Harbor. A large section of the property was renovated and is now home to various office and commercial uses. MBY features a large passenger elevator and common accessible restrooms are situated throughout the building. Mailboxes and Tenant Directory are located in the lobby. Walk to scenic parks, shops, restaurants, lodging, a supermarket, T bus stops, and historic sites in the heart of Old Town. A close-by satellite lot on Merritt St. offers limited Tenant parking. If desired, and subject to availability, there may be a reserved parking spot for an additional fee of $100 per month. There is also street parking and a nearby municipal lot.
