Marblehead Boatyard is a working boatyard located on Marblehead Harbor. A large section of the property was renovated and is now home to various office and commercial uses. The building is served by a large passenger elevator and common accessible restrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Walk to scenic parks, shops, restaurants, lodging, a supermarket, T bus stops, and historic sites in the heart of Old Town. There is a satellite parking lot on Merritt St. with one (1) designated parking space currently available. There is an additional cost of $100 per month, by Separate Agreement, on a TAW basis. There is also street parking and a nearby municipal lot.
