The Citibank Campus is comprised of two buildings totaling ±309,100 square feet of office space and were built in 1985. Currently, Building 1 is available and is made up of two stories at approximately ±175,600 square feet in total. Citibank Campus is conveniently located just outside of Summerlin, a master-planned community.
