This building was placed in the historic area of Holly Hill. It was built prior to 1924 and underwent a few upgrades, but is now undergoing a total renovation. Exterior brick was repointed 2 years ago and a new roof last year. This year the paneling was removed as well as the very stained drop ceiling.
