This iconic building is located along the amenity rich and thriving east side of Purcellville, Virginia, walking distance away from the busiest intersection in all of western Loudoun County. It is centrally positioned in the heart of town next to the Giant Food Shopping Center and near large anchor companies such as Harris Teeter, Walgreens, Goodyear, Bank of America, Exxon, Inova and many others. The building was originally constructed in the late 1940's - early 1950's, as one of only two movie theatres in Loudoun County. Movie operations ceased in the late 1970's and it has been a commercial retail/office business centre ever since. The Vatikiotis family bought the property in 2004 and renovated everything brand new, inside and outside, including a new parking lot. They finished construction in 2007 and named it "Old Theatre Centre", to maintain the history and theme. The popular 2 story business centre offers free parking for tenants and guests, signage, and overall close proximity to many destination businesses, doctors, banks, schools, pharmacies, groceries, and much more as mentioned above. A perfect location for any business and/or organization to establish a long term home.
