The building served as the National Shuttle Logistics Depot for the Space Shuttle program and was operated by United Space Alliance. The building is now multi tenant with the balance of the building containing an Extra Space storage facility and another commercial tenant. The available space is set up for light manufacturing, has high bay space, with an 8,000 lb gantry crane. There is a 20 foot roll up door on the north end of the building in the enclosed stock yard that has covered storage area.
