Stoney Creek Office Park is an award recipient of the “OKC Beautiful” award. It was purchased in 1993 by Paul and Virginia Leathers of Oklahoma City. Over their many years of ownership, Paul and Virginia have always prided themselves in owning one of the nicest professional office parks in south Oklahoma City. Renovations have been made over the years to add numerous flower beds and trees to further enhance the creekside and entry views. Enhancements have also been made to keep the offices well-maintained. The owners have always managed the property themselves, so repairs are always handled promptly and oftentimes can be made within the first 24 hours of notification. The office park continues to be managed today by Paul and his daughter, Tonya Wells, who work onsite and manage the maintenance and upkeep of the office park.
