1500 North Business Park is a new office/warehouse development with a total of 20,185 SF in two separate buildings. The existing 9,375 SF building has been remodeled and the new 10,885 SF masonry block building is now complete. We have one space available for lease in the new masonry building along 1,500 North. The middle space, Unit 102, is currently available. The space is 4,800 SF in size with approximately 1,435 SF of office space and 3,365 SF of warehouse space. The space has two 16’x14’ ground level doors on the east end of the building.
